Multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. crickes employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings within those accounts may be forfeited at crickes's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crickes login credentials, including your password, PIN, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. crickes will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
You agree to notify crickes immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials. crickes accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

crickes supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in PKR: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and cash deposit at designated locations. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. crickes does not charge currency conversion fees; the Platform operates exclusively in PKR.
The minimum deposit amount on crickes is PKR 100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may be subject to additional verification.
Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within one to three business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours subject to network congestion.
All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. crickes reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified will be placed on hold until the required documentation is received.
Funds deposited by a particular payment method may, at crickes's discretion, be required to be withdrawn to the same payment method. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to those funds before they become eligible for withdrawal. crickes reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud or abuse is suspected.

crickes reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or settled in error — including cases where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account balance.
Cricket betting markets on crickes, including all PSL, international Test, One-Day International, and T20 markets, are subject to the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or reduction of overs, settlement will follow the specific market rules published for that event. In-play cricket bets accepted after the relevant in-play event has occurred will be voided.
Casino games and slot titles on the crickes Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. crickes's total aggregate liability to any individual member in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
